The location of the resort is very convenient, with easy access to the market and the botanical gardens. You can easily reach these places in just one taxi ride. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provides excellent service, always polite and attentive to your needs. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, ensuring a great start to your day. Plus, the resort offers a range of facilities such as swimming pools, water sports, and children's activities, providing something for everyone to enjoy.

Had an amazing time with my family on our vacation. Loved the beautiful flowers and gardens surrounding the rooms, it made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the staff was one of the best and most welcoming we've encountered on vacation. the kids club was fantastic and allowed our kids the opportunity to play games and go crab hunting, which they absolutely loved. the pools were a definite highlight for all of us, especially the jumbo water slide and the amazing views of the cove from the adult wet bar.

The buffet restaurant was below average, but we booked the other restaurants and they were lovely. We did experience some challenges with the watersports staff, they were sometimes rude and wouldn't allow us to take the equipment out.

Great amenities provided including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The central location made it easy to access business areas. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.

The room was quite small for the price paid and lacked sufficient soundproofing, which made it difficult to concentrate on work during the daytime. The hotel gym was poorly equipped and did not meet our expectations.

Had mediocre complementary breakfast and reasonable proximity to the beach. It was nice to have access to the pool and the bar was reasonable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The room was dirty and there was an overwhelming smell of mildew.
